Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates degree required; bachelor’s in accounting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals and computer literacy.
• Ability to proof financial documents and reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post ledgers, journal entries, and monthly/annual reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and assist with accounts payable/receivable.
• Assist payroll processing and payroll reports.
• Support audits and respond to auditor inquiries as needed.
• Maintain filing system and ensure records are accurate and up-to-date.
