Job summary

Tier4 Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation and conversion of an Investment Accounting platform, coordinating planning, data migration, testing, governance, and deployment across Accounting, Finance, Operations, Technology, and vendors. The role requires 10+ years of experience with enterprise-scale financial systems, strong vendor management, and executive reporting.

A PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certification is preferred; the position involves a hybrid work

Qualifications

10+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise-scale initiatives in financial services.
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification.
Experience managing third-party software implementation partners and vendor deliverables.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence executives.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and governance in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage the project plan from current-state assessment through implementation, conversion, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Define and execute the accounting conversion strategy including data migration, reconciliation, and sign-off criteria.
Manage scope, timeline, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies across the program.
Facilitate business process analysis and future-state design workshops for accounting operations.
Prepare updates for executive leadership, steering committees, and key stakeholders.
