itD is seeking a Technical Program Manager IV to drive finance transformation initiatives across Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, and related cross-functional teams. You will coordinate senior stakeholders and deliver programs on schedule in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of program management and finance/accounting analysis experience, and a proven track record of technology-enabled business transformation.

Formación

• 10+ years of professional experience in program management, project management, finance, accounting, or closely related fields.
• Finance or accounting background focused on analysis and decision support.
• Strong project and program management experience including planning, scheduling, tracking, risk management, and cross-functional delivery.
• Experience managing complex projects with interdependencies and shifting timelines.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders across business and technical teams in large, complex organizations.
• Ability to assess risks, resolve issues, manage dependencies, and adapt execution plans as priorities change.
• Experience delivering technology-enabled business solutions in large-scale, multi-platform environments.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and its application to program delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or finance/corporate development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead finance transformation initiatives across Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, and cross-functional teams.
• Manage project workstreams: scope, requirements, schedule, progress tracking, delivery coordination.
• Coordinate with partners and senior stakeholders to communicate priorities and resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments, contingency plans, and decision-support materials.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, resources, and timelines; mitigate blockers.
• Apply finance and accounting analysis to support decision-making and drive solutions.
• Drive execution in a fast-paced environment by documenting decisions and following up on actions.
