PIMCO is seeking an experienced investment accounting professional to manage the design and delivery of key aspects of the firm’s Middle-Office Transformation program. Working with front, middle, and back office stakeholders, this role will define accounting requirements and guide systems toward target state.

The successful candidate will lead a team, apply deep accounting knowledge, and drive high-quality decision-support information while engaging in complex data and process improvements.

Formación

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business or finance; MBA desirable.
• 10+ years in middle office IBOR accounting, fund administration, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of fixed income and derivative accounting; yield-related concepts.
• Experience leading major system migrations or transformations.

Responsabilidades

• Define target state accounting needs and oversee MOT program design.
• Lead SME oversight to ensure processes and technologies meet accounting goals.
• Support policy decisions by evaluating facts and providing recommendations.
• Produce executive status reports and program metrics for leadership.
• Coordinate change readiness, UAT, and training across teams.
