Job summary

SDL Search Partners in Boston is hiring a Manager of Investment Accounting / Reporting / Process Improvement to lead a growing team on the Investment Operations group. You will drive AI initiatives, automate workflows, and oversee portfolio accounting, reporting and compliance.

The role requires 7+ years in investment accounting, strong Excel skills, and a track record of collaborating with leadership and external partners; CPA is a plus and the position offers a hybrid Boston work environment

Qualifications

7+ years of Investment Accounting / Reporting within Asset Management.
Experience developing AI tools for process improvement.
Strong Excel proficiency; data visualization or coding is a plus.

Responsibilities

Rollout of AI initiatives and automated systems for process improvement.
Management of the Investment Operations and Financial Reporting team (Junior & Experienced Associates).
Oversight of all process & workflow as it relates to Portfolio Accounting, Reporting, and Compliance.
Business partnering with internal leadership and external contacts (regulatory authorities, financial institutions).
Cash management, forecasting & analysis.
