Qualifications

• 7+ years of finance experience with CPA (or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems
• Automation & AI focus to streamline tasks and drive efficiencies
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams

Responsibilities

• Lead the Month-End Process and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Oversee day-to-day transactional finance activities and optimize controls.
• Review complex journals and balance sheet reconciliations; ensure compliance with standards.
• Prepare for year-end audits and liaise with external auditors; support MGAs and escheatment efforts.
