Job summary

IMP Consulting, a leading investment-management-focused firm north of Boston, is seeking individuals with 3+ years in investment operations or fund accounting to train as Business or Compliance analysts on our CLEAR Compliance & CLEAR Framework SaaS product.

You will analyze client data, extract requirements from interviews, design workflows and test compliance rules to improve transparency in critical operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in investment management, preferably in operations, fund accounting or compliance.
• Understanding of security setup, valuation and data.
• Strong knowledge of equities, fixed income and cash workflows; derivatives a plus.
• Detail oriented with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel.
• SQL knowledge in Oracle, MS SQL Server or Sybase a plus.
• Experience writing Excel macros (VBA) and/or using Business Objects a plus.
• Enthusiasm for learning and problem solving.
• Strong professional ethics and solid work ethic.
