Landing Point in Boston is seeking an Associate for Client Reporting to support the preparation, validation, and delivery of investment performance reports. You will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across client materials while handling ad hoc reporting needs.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of relevant professional experience.
• Investment operations experience preferred, not required.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Strong quantitative skills. Interest in investments and capital markets.
• High attention to detail. Experience entering, reviewing, and reconciling large data sets.
• Strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong Excel and data management skills.
• Familiarity with databases, Power BI, or proprietary reporting systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track and reconcile daily cash movements within client portfolios in coordination with internal teams and external service providers.
• Drive the completion of cash and position reconciliations across assigned client accounts or custodians.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between internal records and information from custodians or administrators.
• Collect and input fund manager performance data into proprietary systems.
• Produce and review monthly flash reports and quarterly statements for assigned client accounts.
• Reconcile client transaction activity and fund manager performance data against benchmarks. Document deviations for review by the Client Service Team.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues. Coordinate timely resolution.
• Support consolidated and legacy client reporting by ensuring data completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with the Client Service Team as needed.
• Assist with report distribution, including custom formatting and uploads to the online client portal.
• Track and gather client tax documents, including K-1s and 1099s.
• Serve as a primary internal point of contact for reporting inquiries.
• Investigate questions, coordinate solutions, and communicate responses to impacted stakeholders.
• Review Client Reporting Team processes. Identify opportunities for improvement and system enhancements.
