Job summary

The Industrial Commission of Arizona seeks an Investigator 3 in the Legal Division, Fraud/Compliance Unit. The role conducts statewide investigations into workers' compensation fraud and uninsured employer compliance, preparing enforcement recommendations and documenting findings.

Remote work within Arizona may be available; travel within the state and collaboration with legal teams are required to ensure compliance and public protection.

Qualifications

• Experience in investigations or related field preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish (selective preference).
• Three years of investigation experience preferred.
• Course or training in investigative techniques and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and conduct complex investigations into alleged workers' compensation fraud and employer non-compliance with statutory insurance requirements.
• Interview witnesses, claimants, employers, and medical providers; preserve testimony and perform field surveillance.
• Locate, examine, gather, and preserve physical, digital, and documentary evidence.
