Qualifications
- College degree required; three years in investigation field.
- Fluent in Spanish required.
- Experience with investigative techniques and procedures.
- Competent computer skills incl. social media platforms.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and conduct complex investigations into workers' compensation fraud.
- Interview witnesses and preserve testimony; perform field surveillance.
- Prepare enforcement recommendations for prosecutions or penalties; civil actions.
- Write comprehensive investigative reports documenting methods and findings.
- Testify in court or administrative hearings.
- Travel throughout Arizona as needed.
