Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on complex investigations, suspicious activity assessments, and escalation decisions.
• Review investigative findings for accuracy, thoroughness, and regulatory compliance.
• Support Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) for regulators and law enforcement.
• Monitor team performance and drive accountability for quality and risk.
• Conduct quality reviews and coach for employee development.
• Partner with senior leaders to communicate trends, risks, and outcomes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
