Avantor is seeking a dedicated inventory/customer service associate in Chandler, AZ. This role supports receiving, stocking, and inventory control within GMP environments, with a focus on accurate records and timely replenishment.
The position requires a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year experience in customer service, inventory or material handling. Candidates should be able to lift 50 lbs and collaborate using Microsoft Teams and Office.
In this role, you will report to the supervisor of site services and will work closely with the Avantor's Lab and Production Services professionals to serve our customers by performing customized, mission-based lab work and research protocols that help return time back to science.
Hourly Rate: $18.60 + 15% shift differential
Location: Chandler, AZ
Shifts : 6 pm - 6 am, Sunday - Wednesday and every other Saturday
Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
Experience : 1+ years of customer service, inventory replenishment, or material handling experience
Collaboration Tool: Microsoft Teams experience preferred.
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
Must be able to lift 50lbs.
Previous experience working in a GMP facility is strongly desired.
Strong communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
