Qualifications

• Must have a GED.
• 1 year experience in a logistics/distribution environment.
• Satisfactory completion of a forklift training program.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train new and existing associates in distribution activities to meet customer demands.
• Train associates on shipping, receiving, picking and quality control SOPs and assist forklift certification.
• Oversee unloading, staging, loading, and ensure paperwork accuracy with drivers.
