Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. seeks a Team Lead, Warehouse to coordinate daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced facility. You will mentor a team, oversee receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control, and ensure safety and quality compliance.

The role requires forklift experience, MHE certification, and strong attention to detail. Excellent communication is essential for cross-shift collaboration and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in logistics/distribution environment.
• 2-3 years forklift experience.
• Current or prior MHE certification.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of warehouse associates in daily operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Assign and monitor work to ensure productivity, accuracy, and safety/quality compliance.
• Train new and existing associates on SOPs including shipping, receiving, picking, and quality control.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members.
• Ensure proper use of equipment and PPE and maintain safety standards.
