Job summary

Retail Services WIS Corporation is seeking a part-time Retail Supervisor – Inventory to lead Inventory Associates and drive accuracy across multiple retail locations in Twin Falls, Idaho. Starting wage is $18.00–$23.00 per hour with flexible scheduling and paid training.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, following standardized workflows, resolving inventory concerns with district/area managers, and traveling to stores as required. Strong customer service and issue resolution are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license may be required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management.
• Customer service and conflict resolution skills, solutions-focused.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Serve as a primary contact for resolving inventory concerns and coordinate with District/Area Managers.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Travel to retail locations as needed.
