WIS International in California is seeking a part-time Retail Supervisor – Inventory to lead and coach Inventory Associates, ensure accuracy, and follow a clear workflow.

The role involves traveling to retail locations, training staff, and partnering with District and Area Managers to drive operational excellence. Starting pay is $20.00–$22.00 per hour with paid training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions.
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow
• Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving inventory related concerns and partner with the District Managers and Area Managers driving operational excellence
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Travel to retail locations
• Leads by example and demonstrates company values at all times
