WIS International in Boise, Idaho is seeking a part-time Retail Supervisor – Inventory to lead inventory teams at multiple retail locations. You will coach associates, maintain accuracy, and travel as needed to support district scoring and operations.

Starting wage is $18.00–$23.00 per hour with flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities for referral bonuses and career advancement. Applicants must be 21+, have a high school diploma, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of two years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving inventory concerns and partner with District/Area Managers.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Travel to retail locations.
