Job summary

Critical Loop is seeking a detail-oriented Stockroom / Materials Associate to support manufacturing by receiving, organizing, and issuing parts. Training will be provided on ERP/MRP systems, inventory transactions, and safety procedures.

You will maintain accurate inventory, prepare material kits for production, perform cycle counts, and help keep a clean, safe stockroom that enables timely production. This entry-level role offers growth in a dynamic energy-tech environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
  • 1–2 years of warehouse or stockroom experience required.
  • Ability to read labels, work orders, and packing slips.
  • Basic math and accurate counting skills.
  • Attention to detail and careful handling of inventory.
  • Ability to learn ERP/MRP/WMS and inventory software.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against records.
  • Label, stock, and organize materials in stockroom locations.
  • Perform receiving, put-away, transfer, issue, and other inventory transactions in ERP.
  • Maintain clean, safe stockroom and staging areas.
  • Assemble material kits for manufacturing orders.
  • Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliations.
  • Report shortages, overages, or misplacements promptly.
