Job summary

Sprout is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor at our Garland, TX location. Responsibilities include directing daily warehouse operations, supervising staff, and ensuring accurate, traceable inventory of serialized and bulk materials. The role emphasizes cycle counting, safety, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with WMS/ERP inventory, PIT certification, and the ability to read work instructions are required. ITAD awareness or reverse logistics familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years warehouse or distribution experience, including 1+ year in a supervisory or lead capacity.
• Demonstrated experience with WMS or ERP-based inventory transactions.
• Working knowledge of cycle counting methodology and inventory variance research.
• Powered industrial truck certification, or ability to certify within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow documented work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Direct, schedule, and coordinate assigned warehouse personnel against daily workload and priority.
• Cross-train assigned personnel across put-away, pick, and count functions to maintain coverage.
• Identify capacity constraints, layout inefficiencies, and slotting opportunities to the Facility Manager.
• Execute the cycle count schedule to the assigned cadence and coverage plan.
• Submit all variances to the Facility Manager for approval and posting; maintain audit-ready records.
