Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an Associate Inventory Manager to support the General Manager in ensuring 100% inventory accuracy at the store, overseeing daily product transfers, and maintaining compliance with state regulations.

You will analyze inventory issues, implement company policies, and drive efficient inventory controls while collaborating with store leadership and staff. The role includes a focus on confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Inventory recording, compliance, and accuracy across all inventory phases.
• Monitor warehouse transactions (shipping/receiving, transfers).
• Ensure inventory records are always accurate.
• Perform cycle counts daily, weekly, or monthly as needed.
• Conduct inventory audits with the General Manager as needed.
• Follow audit programs and physical inventory procedures to ensure record integrity.
• Log receipts and documentation for accurate inventory accounts.
• Assist in scheduling inventory and compliance personnel as required.
• Perform system adjustments and analyze root causes for adjustments; implement corrective actions.
• Collect, audit, and file paperwork to ensure state compliance.
