Job summary

ICAT Logistics is seeking a Key Account Manager - Inventory to lead inventory projects and customer inventory programs across multiple locations. You will coordinate across operations, technology, and leadership to ensure accuracy and efficiency, while driving continuous improvement and successful project execution.

The role requires strong project management skills, inventory expertise, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams to optimize inventory performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in inventory management and control.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and supply chain processes.
• Experience with project management and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting (WMS experience a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory-related projects from initiation to post-implementation.
• Manage customer onboarding activities and inventory transitions into WMS.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, IT, and leadership.
• Analyse inventory trends and develop optimization strategies.
• Provide project status updates to leadership and clients.
