Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Senior Inventory Manager in Orlando to lead inventory control, oversee shipping and receiving, and manage site inventory functions.

You will supervise staff, drive cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, ensure accuracy of customer inventories, and report KPIs to executive management.

This role requires implementing best practices, maintaining stock integrity, coordinating with freight shippers, and aligning with cost accounting for delivery documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 10 years’ experience in inventory management.
• Hands-on inventory and inventory reconciliation experience.
• Experience managing staff, plans, and schedules.
• Experience dealing with freight shippers and shipping companies.
• Experience packaging sensitive equipment for shipment.
• Experience in preparing reports to document inventory, and shipping and receiving status.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory management functions in support of Orlando product manufacturing.
• Document and report actions, update records, and perform record investigations.
• Maintain Stock Room organization for easy picking of products and to promote accurate inventory control.
• Coordination of cycle counts.
• Reconciliation of inventory discrepancies to determine root cause.
• Ensures that customer inventories are accurate.
• Assures proper part revisions are in stock.
• Identify and record correct project cost accounting codes when preparing delivery documentation.
• Comply with security and confidentiality instructions and practices.
• Perform Receiving, Inspection and Picking activities as needed.
• Travel to other Locations or Customer Sites as necessary.
• If required, obtain/retain a government security clearance at the level required to perform the duties of the position.
• Follows written and verbal instructions accurately and efficiently.
