ICAT LOGISTICS INC. is seeking a Key Account Manager - Inventory to lead inventory programs across multiple accounts and locations. You will drive accuracy, optimize processes, and support growth through collaborative project leadership with operations, IT, and customers.

The role emphasizes project management, data-driven inventory optimization, and strong stakeholder communication to ensure service excellence and successful implementations across customer accounts.

Qualifications

• High school plus experience or Bachelor's degree.
• 2–4 years of inventory management experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and supply chain processes.
• Proven project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel with reporting skills (using WMS).

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory-related projects from initiation through implementation and post-implementation review.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, warehouse, transportation, customer service, information technology, and customer stakeholders.
• Manage customer onboarding activities and inventory transitions into company warehouse management systems.
• Analyze inventory trends and performance metrics to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Maintain inventory master data integrity and generate actionable reports.
