Job summary

Citynet is hiring an Inventory Logistics Manager to oversee the organization’s inventory control functions across all warehouses and field locations. You will direct the Inventory Specialist and Inventory Assistant, ensure accurate records, and drive improvements in processes and systems.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with inventory systems, and the ability to coordinate with projects, vendors, and accounting to ensure timely, precise inventory management and reporting.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proven ability to supervise, train, and develop staff.
• Proficient with computerized inventory systems and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily work of Inventory Specialist and Inventory Assistant, ensuring coverage and balanced workload.
• Reviews inventory reports and approves them for accuracy.
• Maintains inventory control policies to ensure accurate records of goods received and shipments.
• Owns and upgrades inventory management systems and related data.
• Oversees periodic physical inventories and reconciles discrepancies with the Controller.
• Prepares monthly inventory reports for the Controller and coordinates with Accounting for project charges.
