Job Overview:

The Inventory Specialist plays a crucial role in managing the inventory program. They will oversee processes and procedures for a designated program, working with large-volume, small-part inventories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track all inventory used by contractors for installing WIFI cables, including materials like splitters, construction materials, vaults, markers, etc., on contractor sites—not in client warehouses.
• Label and organize inventory at the site, ensuring accurate placement.
• Verify stock information and unit identification numbers, and perform inventory audits and cycle counts per company policies.
• Unpackage, sort, and stage units for production; receive units using RF handheld devices.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform periodic audits.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to prioritize workflow and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule; computer and Excel skills are a plus.
