Position Overview

Paylocity is seeking a Part-Time Distribution Assistant to join our growing organization. If you are detail-oriented, enjoy a casual environment, prefer later hours, and like working with a team, this position might be for you!

Location: 2107 Livingston Street, Oakland, CA 94606

Reports To: Manager Distribution

Compensation: $20.00/Hour

Responsibilities

1. Work during hours: Monday-Wednesday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM PST
2. Match orders’ checks/vouchers, reports, and packing instructions accurately
3. Follow customer packing instructions precisely to ensure complete packages
4. Perform weekly inventory to maintain appropriate stock levels
5. Assist with special projects as needed
6. Work overtime during quarter-end and year-end as required
7. Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Experience in packing, mailroom, or distribution environment (desirable)
• Computer skills, including Windows applications and email
• Mobility to stand for long periods, sit, walk, and bend
• Ability to lift objects up to 25 pounds regularly
