Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and remove outdated inventory per Excel instructions provided by the Procurement team.
  • Prepare return shipments to vendors, ensuring proper labeling and item counts.
  • Accurately adjust inventory levels in Innergy following disposals or returns
  • Conduct regular bin audits (daily/weekly) to identify and resolve inventory mismatches.
  • Perform monthly inventory reconciliations to verify system accuracy.
  • Assist with inventory receiving, unloading, and put away.
  • Match packing slips to purchase orders and update inventory records in Innergy.
  • Execute scheduled cycle counts across various inventory zones.
  • Investigate and resolve quantity variances and system discrepancies.
  • Generate and maintain reports detailing low stock levels, excess inventory, and identified discrepancies
  • Maintain logical placement of inventory for easy access and tracking.
  • Ensure all storage bins and shelves are clearly labeled and organized.
  • Ensure all items are properly tagged with part numbers, barcodes, or other required identifiers for traceability.
  • Follow established safety procedures in all inventory-related tasks and others.
  • Immediately report hazards, unsafe practices, or damaged inventory to leadership
  • Attention to detail is required

Education

  • High School diploma, GED, or higher is required
  • Relevant experience can be considered as an equivalent to a degree

Experience & Requirements

  • One or more years’ experience within the woodworking, manufacturing, or construction industry is .
  • Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate standard warehouse equipment (e.g. forklift)

Computer Requirements

  • Time tracking software – Innergy
  • Shop drawing software – Innergy
  • Material requisition software – Innergy

& Mathematical Skills

  • Ability to effectively present information, questions, or discrepancies to Team Leader for resolution
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; mentally, hand-and-paper, and calculator.
