Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an Inventory Specialist to support HUB operations by pulling and shipping orders, coordinating with the General Manager, and maintaining stock levels.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to perform cycle counts, operate forklifts if certified, and communicate effectively with store teams. You will help ensure policy compliance and safety across all tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong math abilities for basic computations.
• Prior retail experience in merchandising and inventory management.
• Ability to operate a forklift (certified) and use a hand truck or pallet jack.
• Reliable schedule with ability to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Pull and ship HUB orders on time.
• Coordinate with store management to complete cycle counts and plan-o-grams.
• Stock parts and assist with callbacks and MAXI changes.
• Maintain inventories and daily transaction records.
• Train and develop team members as directed.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company policies.
