Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a HUB Inventory Specialist to manage hub operations and ensure accurate order fulfillment within a retail network. The role requires strong knowledge of store systems, parts familiarity, and effective collaboration with nearby stores, hubs, PDQ, and suppliers.

The position is full time and may involve forklift certification and ongoing training. The incumbent will focus on inventory accuracy, workflow efficiency, and safe handling of parts and equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Retail/inventory management experience helpful.
• Ability to operate store inventory systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage hub operations and resolve hub orders in a timely manner.
• Review hub orders, pull parts, stage product, finalize paperwork.
• Interact with drivers and store staff on paperwork and instructions.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and outages.
• Support with stock levels, price changes, and front room inventory.
