Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Hub Inventory Specialist to manage hub operations and inventory control across stores and hubs. You will review orders, pull parts, stage products, and finalize paperwork while coordinating with drivers and other facilities.

The role requires strong communication, basic math skills, and familiarity with store inventory systems. Prior retail inventory experience is preferred, and forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior retail inventory experience preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Forklift certification preferred when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Hub operations and timely hub order resolution.
• Review Hub orders, pull parts, stage product, finalize paperwork.
• Interact with drivers on paperwork, instructions, etc.
• Engage store-to-facility network for part sourcing and logistics solutions.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, outages, planograms and price changes.
