Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an Inventory Specialist to support HUB operations under the General Manager. You will pull and ship HUB orders, assist with cycle counts, plan-o-grams, stock parts, and maintain records to ensure accuracy and security.

You will train team members, coordinate deliveries, keep inventories updated, and follow all safety and loss-prevention policies. The role requires physical stamina, good math and communication skills, and ability to work flexible hours including

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; retail experience preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math and maintain accurate records.
• Experience with inventory control and merchandising fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Pull and ship HUB orders on time and communicate with servicing store as needed.
• Participate in cycle counts and stock the parts department according to planograms.
• Maintain inventory records and assist with deliveries and security procedures.
• Train and develop team members under the General Manager's direction.
