Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an Inventory Specialist to support HUB operations under the General Manager. The role includes pulling and shipping HUB orders, managing cycle counts, and maintaining stock levels with the store management team.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED and retail/inventory experience, with ability to operate a forklift if certified, and work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior retail experience, including basic merchandising and inventory management.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Pull and ship HUB orders on time.
• If HUB order can’t be filled, call servicing store with reordering details.
• Complete cycle counts for parts department including OUTS.
• Assist with stock and plan-o-grams in the parts department.
• Maintain inventories and daily transaction records.
• Train and develop Team Members as directed by General Manager.
