Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a capable associate to manage inventory for both front-end and pharmacy, ensure accurate receiving, counting, pricing, and returns, and uphold On-Shelf Availability across all departments.

You will engage customers, resolve issues to ensure a positive shopping experience, and coach team members on warehouse and vendor processes while supporting opening/closing duties and cash handling as needed.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens experience or one year of prior retail work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task and manage execution.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for executing, monitoring, and training inventory best practices and SOPs for the entire store (front end and pharmacy).
• Engages customers, assists with products and services, and resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Executes and coaches team on warehouse/vendor inventory management and pricing tasks.
• Opens/closes the store when needed and handles cash, POS, and related duties.
• Supports pickup, delivery, and inventory processes across store operations.
