Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an Inventory & Operations Associate to support both front-end and pharmacy inventory processes. You will execute receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and ensure accurate on-hand balances while upholding planograms and shelf readiness.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required for customer interactions and team communication.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced store environment.
• Retail experience preferred, with ability to handle front-end and pharmacy inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor inventory best practices for front end and pharmacy.
• Process deliveries: count, price, receive, and facilitate returns; ensure on-hand accuracy.
• Validate planograms and assist with shelf replenishment and pricing accuracy.
• Open/close duties as needed, including cash handling and POS responsibilities.
• Coach team members on inventory procedures and use of store systems.
