Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a detail‑oriented inventory and operations teammate for a full‑time role in our store. You will support front end and pharmacy inventory, verify planograms, receive and price merchandise, and help protect assets.

In this role you will review reports, manage orders, assist with store opening/closing as needed, coach staff on deliveries and POS transactions, and ensure accurate pricing and stock levels while delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior work experience with Walgreens or retail experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi‑task.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for store and pharmacy.
• Review reports and systems affecting on‑hand balances and pricing.
• Perform asset protection activities and process returns and overages.
• Open and close the store as needed and handle cash responsibilities.
• Coach team on warehouse and vendor inventory processes; receive orders.
• Ensure accurate pricing, planograms, and shelf readiness.
• Support front end and pharmacy ordering and inventory counts.
• Maintain inventory records and assist with physical inventory.
