Job summary

Walgreens stores seek a detail-oriented associate to manage inventory for front-end and pharmacy, while delivering strong customer service. You will handle receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and planogram validation to keep shelves accurate and compliant.

Under the pharmacist-in-charge, you will verify shipments, post orders, and monitor stock across departments. You will assist with pricing, ordering, and daily store operations to ensure smooth customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior retail or Walgreens experience preferred.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor inventory best practices for front end and pharmacy.
• Support inventory management including receiving, counting, ordering, and returns.
• Open/close store duties and cash handling as needed.
• Coach team on warehouse and vendor inventory processes and One Box receiving.
• Verify pharmacy shipments postings under the pharmacist-in-charge and report shortages or damages.
• Perform On-Shelf Availability end-to-end tasks including planogram compliance and pricing accuracy.
• Assist with front-end and pharmacy pricing changes and merchandising upkeep.
