Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a committed store associate to manage inventory across front end and pharmacy. You will support receiving, counting, pricing, planograms, and returns while ensuring On-Shelf Availability.

The role includes opening/closing the store, cashier responsibilities, and coaching teammates on inventory processes. Ideal candidates have at least six months of Walgreens or one year of retail experience, fluent English, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens experience or one year of prior retail work experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi-task and execute.
• Experience identifying operational issues and resolving them.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for the store, including front end and pharmacy.
• Review reports and system applications affecting on-hand balances and pricing.
• Perform front end and pharmacy asset protection tasks and manage returns/overages.
• Open and close the store as needed, including cash handling and POS responsibilities.
• Coach team on warehouse and vendor inventory processes and ensure accurate postings.
• Ensure pricing accuracy, planograms, and in-store inventory compliance.
• Support inventory processes, deliveries, and pharmacy postings for shipments.
