Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking an Inventory Specialist to manage HUB operations under the General Manager. You will pull and ship HUB orders, assist with cycle counts, plan-o-grams, stock parts, and support department callbacks and MAXI changes.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, with a focus on safety and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Retail experience and inventory management skills are preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly and work with store management.

Responsibilities

• Pull and ship HUB orders on time.
• Call servicing store if HUB order can't be filled and explain reorder steps.
• Assist with cycle counts and plan-o-grams in the parts department.
• Stock parts, callbacks, and MAXI changes under supervision.
• Ensure safety, policy compliance, and timely training participation.
