Job description

We have a current opportunity for an Inventory Specialist on a contract basis. The position will be based in Davie. For further information about this position, please apply.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and coordinate the movement and placement of employees, including logistics, communication with employees and service providers, and administrative tasks.
  2. Serve as the main contact for employees throughout the relocation process, providing guidance and support.
  3. Advise and support employees and their families throughout the movement, placement, and return process.
  4. Partner with human resources, legal, and finance teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  5. Coordinate all logistics related to domestic and international moves, including transportation, housing, visa processing, and settling-in services.
  6. Develop and communicate relocation timelines and ensure key milestones are met.
  7. Address and resolve issues or concerns raised by relocating employees or service providers.
  8. Administer and maintain records of relocation expenses, including reimbursements, billing, and reporting.
Qualifications:
  1. Experience with inventory tracking and/or logistics.
  2. Experience supporting the relocation of employees.
  3. Highly organized.
