Job Description
The role involves executing, monitoring, and training staff on inventory best practices and SOPs across the store, including front end and pharmacy operations. Responsibilities include managing pharmacy inventory activities such as receiving, counting, ordering, and returns, and ensuring on-shelf availability and planogram accuracy.
Additional duties include reviewing reports and system applications for inventory accuracy, implementing asset protection techniques, and handling claims for overages, shortages, and damages, including prescription drugs. In designated stores, the role may involve opening and closing the store, managing cash handling, and ensuring readiness for business.
