We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Specialist to join our Retail Store team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking of materials, and optimizing the supply chain processes. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to maintain efficient inventory management.

*Responsibilities*
* Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for operations.
* Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies in records.
* Utilize data analysis skills to forecast inventory needs and identify trends.
* Manage shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely delivery of materials.
* Collaborate with sourcing teams to negotiate favorable terms with suppliers. .
* Prepare reports on inventory status, including stock levels and turnover rates.

*Experience*
* 2+ years of procurement/inventory mgmt/purchasing exp
* Experience in similar role at another retail/service company is a big plus
* Quickbooks and Salesforce exp is a plus
