PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to support asset tracking, inventory accuracy, and warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills who enjoys hands-on inventory work, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate asset records.

Join our team to manage storerooms, coordinate with warehouse staff, and ensure assets are properly stored and accounted for while leveraging SAP and other asset management systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inventory, warehouse, asset management, or related experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with inventory tracking and reconciliation.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, word processing, databases, and asset management software.

Responsibilities

• Track and inventory assets using physical inspections, barcode scanners, and asset management systems.
• Perform inventory activities within storerooms and warehouse locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in systems including SAP, Cascade, WAM, and PASTE.
• Identify and investigate missing, damaged, or incorrectly recorded assets.
• Coordinate inventory activities with material handlers, warehouse personnel, and other team members.
• Manage equipment rotation, stocking, and storage processes.
• Maintain organized storerooms and assist with warehouse space utilization.
• Support product returns and resolve shipment discrepancies.
• Train team members on stocking procedures and asset tracking methods.
• Communicate inventory issues and findings to management.

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to support asset tracking, inventory accuracy, and warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills who enjoys hands-on inventory work, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate asset records.

What You'll Do

• Track and inventory assets using physical inspections, barcode scanners, and asset management systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• SAP experience.
• Barcode scanning and physical inventory experience.
• Warehouse or storeroom management experience.
• Experience with asset management platforms such as PASTE, Cascade, or WAM.
• Experience training others on inventory and stocking procedures.
