Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Inventory Specialist to support a multinational manufacturer in Hillsboro, OR. You will manage goods in/out, maintain stock accuracy, and ensure efficient distribution. The role requires reliability, independent work, and strong problem-solving in a fast-paced setting.

You will operate WMS tools, perform cycle counts, and may drive local deliveries. A forklift license and SAP or ERP experience are highly desirable.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive goods, including checking, counting, and putting away stock.
• Pick and pack customer orders within agreed timeframes and turnaround standards.
• Maintain housekeeping, safety, quality, and operational protocols.
• Operate and update Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other tools.
• Identify and resolve inventory-related issues proactively.
• Safely operate company vehicles and equipment for local deliveries.
• Perform regular stock checks and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Provide flexibility to perform additional duties as needed.

Pay Rate: Up to $21/hr

Compressed Schedule: 7pm to 7am (Great Work/Life Balance) Get 7 days off every 2 weeks!

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Inventory Specialist to join our team supporting a leading multinational manufacturer. As part of our embedded team, you will work closely with management and cross-functional teams to manage goods in/out activities, maintain critical stock items, and ensure accurate product distribution. Your proactive approach will help maintain stock accuracy, support operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive goods, including checking, counting, and putting away stock.
• Pick and pack customer orders within agreed timeframes and turnaround standards.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices and adhere to all safety, quality, and operational protocols.
• Operate and update computerized Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other tools.
• Identify and resolve inventory-related issues proactively.
• Safely operate company vehicles and equipment for local deliveries.
• Perform regular stock checks and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Provide flexibility to perform additional duties as needed to support customer requirements.

Qualifications
