Job summary

Pleasurecraft Engine Group is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Specialist to receive, inspect, and stock materials, verify shipments, and maintain accurate inventory records. The role involves cycle counts, organizing storage locations, and coordinating with Purchasing and Production to ensure inventory availability.

The position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials and inventory.
• Verify shipments against packing slips and report discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory through routine cycle counts and audits.
• Organize inventory locations and label bins, racks, and shelves.
• Pull and stage materials for production as requested.
• Assist with loading/unloading deliveries using material handling equipment.
• Transport materials to support production needs.
• Maintain inventory transactions in the company system.
• Investigate discrepancies and identify root causes.
• Maintain clean, safe warehouse following 5S standards.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, Receiving, and Materials teams to ensure inventory availability.

• Work closely with Purchasing, Production, Receiving, and Materials teams to ensure inventory availability.
• Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Materials Supervisor.

Preferred

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, inventory control, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience operating stand-up and sit-down forklifts preferred or ability to become certified.
• Experience using inventory management or ERP systems preferred.Basic math skills required.
• Experience using handheld scanners or barcode systems is a plus.
• Ability to safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, hoists, and other material handling equipment.
