Job summary

Opportunities in Lathrop, California is seeking a detail‑oriented shipping/receiving associate responsible for day‑to‑day operations, picking, packing, loading/unloading, and accurate inventory control.

Responsibilities include tracking shipments, using UPS World Ship, operating forklifts safely, maintaining a clean, compliant work environment, and communicating with internal and external partners to support timely, correct deliveries.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 6 months of experience in a similar role.
• Vocational training in Inventory Management or Logistics preferred.
• Knowledge/experience with UPS World Ship program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pull, ship and bin parts with accuracy within specified time frames.
• Track shipments and freight charges online and bill correctly.
• Receive parts into the computer system and bin or ship as indicated.
• Operate forklifts and hydraulic hose-build machinery safely.
• Load and unload delivery trucks.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain safety and environmental compliance.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.
• Perform other tasks as requested.
