Job summary

Opportunities is seeking a Warehouse/Inventory Associate to support production schedules and customer needs. You will perform warehousing tasks, ensure accurate inventory control, and handle receiving and shipping with proper product identification and traceability.

Training on safety and procedures will be provided as needed. Under supervision, you will process inventory transactions using ERP systems and barcode scanners, participate in cycle counts, and help improve operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Material Handler experience included.
• Experience with ERP systems and barcode scanners.
• Vocational training in Inventory Management, Logistics or material processing.

Responsibilities

• Complete Warehousing, Inventory Control, Receiving, Shipping, Product Identification and traceability tasks.
• Process inventory transactions such as transfers and receipts on PC and barcode scanner.
• Assist with Inventory Cycle Count Program under supervision.
• Follow safety and hazardous material handling regulations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental rules; aid in training coworkers.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in special projects or company initiatives.
• Provide assistance to other departments as needed.
• Identify opportunities for improvements and submit ideas.
