Job summary

Balanced Body is seeking an organized Shipping Associate to coordinate domestic and international shipments from our Sacramento facility. You will work with customers and the sales team to ensure accurate, timely delivery and maintain high safety and organizational standards.

You will load/unload, prepare orders, and label products for shipping, while documenting stock movements. The role requires forklift experience and proficiency with MS Office, FedEx processing, and general warehousing

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to cross-functional requirements.
• Experience in warehouse facilities and stock handling.
• Knowledge of shipping documents and basic logistics concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day shipping operations with precision and consistency.
• Loading and unloading - move freight, packages and materials.
• Order preparation - Pick, pack and label products so they are ready for shipping.
• Communicate proactively with customers, peers, and the sales team.
• Maintain high accuracy and strong organizational standards throughout.
• Follow all established safety protocols — always.
• Take on additional duties as the team needs.
