Job summary

Western Pacific Crane & Equipment is seeking a detail‑oriented shipping/warehouse associate in California. You will pick, pack, ship, and bin parts, track shipments, and maintain accurate inventory records using a computer system.

You will operate forklifts and other equipment, load/unload trucks, and assist with pickups and deliveries. Safety, accuracy, and timely communication are essential in this production environment.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent is required.
• At least 6 months of work experience in a similar role.
• Vocational training in Inventory/Logistics is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pull, ship and bin parts with accuracy within specified time frames.
• Track shipments and freight charges via the internet and bill correctly.
• Receive parts into the system and bin or ship as directed by the system.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Load and unload delivery trucks and handle pickups/deliveries as assigned.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards to reduce incidents.
• Communicate status of activities to internal and external stakeholders.
• Adhere to company policies to minimize liability exposure.
• Participate in special projects or other department tasks as needed.
• Perform other job tasks as required.
