Job summary

Lanco Group in California is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle day-to-day shipping, receiving, and inventory operations. You will pick, pull, ship and bin parts promptly, track shipments and freight charges, and ensure accurate data entry in the system.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts and packaging equipment safely, loading/unloading trucks, maintaining a clean workspace, and complying with safety regulations. We offer competitive pay plus benefits.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent; 6 months of work experience.
• Vocational training in Inventory Management, Logistics, or material processing.
• Experience with UPS World Ship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pull, ship and bin parts within specified time frames.
• Track shipments and freight charges and bill correctly.
• Receive parts into the computer system and bin or ship as indicated.
• Operate forklifts and hydraulic hose-build machinery safely.
• Load and unload delivery trucks.
• Pick up/deliver as assigned.
• Perform general housekeeping to maintain a safe environment.
• Comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Communicate activities to internal and external contacts.
• Adhere to company policies to reduce liability.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.
• Perform other tasks as requested.
