Job summary

Trimax LLC in California seeks a Warehouse Associate to receive, inspect, and process inbound shipments and prepare outbound orders. You will maintain accurate shipping records, coordinate with carriers, operate forklifts, and participate in cycle counts in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role requires 1–3 years related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and forklift certification (we provide training).Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Experience: 1-3 Years Related Experience.
• Degree Preferred: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Certification(s) Required: Must be able to pass Forklift Certification (we will provide).

Responsibilities

• Receive goods and verify the quality and count of all items unloaded; report discrepancies.
• Maintain shipping records for requested categories including goods returned, dunnage, and returnable pallets.
• Maintain database of shipment data and ensure customer orders are updated for billing as required.
• Notify supervisor of major discrepancies, over-shipments, or substitutions.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Prepare and package outgoing shipments with accurate labeling.
• Coordinate with carriers and schedule pickups/deliveries.
• Load and unload trucks using forklift, pallet jack, etc.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments and inventory transactions.
• Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Perform regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
• Identify and report damaged or missing items.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and shipping regulations.
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely material flow.
• Performs other clerical duties.
